  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination

  • Express Shipping (if available): approximately 4–6 business days

  • azmural is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available or update


6. Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • azmural is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Address changes are only possible before the order has shipped


7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier-related issues

  • If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@azmural.com. We will assist by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, items shipped from different fulfillment locations).
